We would like to introduce you to our new “Refer-A-Friend Program*”. Starting this year, each time you refer a friend, family member or co-worker to our office your name will be entered in a draw for your chance to win an iPad 2! To kick off this promotion, you will have a 1 in 50 chance to win.
Keep in mind that your name is entered for every single referral. That is, if you refer a family of 3 siblings, that’s 3 ballot entries! Each time you refer your chances of winning increase.

*ELIGIBILITY: Contest open to all current and former patients and their family of Woodbridge Kids Dentistry with the following exceptions.
Automatic ballot entry will be submitted for each referred patient that attends their scheduled consultation appointment.
Employees of Woodbridge Kids Dentistry and the immediate family members (parents, siblings, children and spouse) and/or those living in the same household (whether or not related) of each are not eligible to win.
As part of our Code of Ethics, referrals from dentists are not eligible to participate in the contest though referrals from staff members for their staff members of nonpatients are eligible for the contest.
Though we appreciate all referrals, patients on government programmes (CINOT, OW, ODSP) require a dentist referral therefore these referrals are not eligible for entry.
PRIVACY: Information Entrants provide to Woodbridge Kids Dentistry will be used to communicate with Entrants regarding this Contest and otherwise as set forth in these Rules, as well as to contact Entrants at a later date with respect to other products and services and product enhancements which the sponsor believes may be of interest to them. By submitting an “entry”, all Entrants acknowledge and agree that the personal information they have provided will be maintained on the Woodbridge Kids Dentistry server in accordance with the COMPANY’s privacy policy.
PUBLICITY CONSENT: By submitting an entry or accepting a prize, where permitted by law, each winner grants to Woodbridge Kids Dentistry (and agrees to confirm that grant in writing) and those acting pursuant to the authority of Sponsor the irrevocable right without and further notice, review, or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including, but not limited to, the World Wide Web, in perpetuity and throughout the universe, his/her Entry, including, without limitation, the entry winner’s name, image or statements about the Contest, as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation.
WINNER’S IDENTITY & OFFICIAL RULES: Prize winners’ name, as well as a version of these Official Rules, suitable for printing, will be posted in the Company’s web site and the Company’s page on Facebook, at Company’s discretion.
