Our specialty fees are based on the current Ontario Pediatric Dentist Specialty Fee Guide.

Our treatments are highly individualized as well as our financial agreements with our patients’ families. For your convenience, we offer a variety of payment options.

Every effort is being taken to keep down the cost of good dental care. Reducing billing costs will help us in our attempt to minimize necessary increases in fees. For this reason, payment is expected at the time services are rendered, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. For your convenience, we accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, certified cheque or money order. We regret any inconvenience but we do not accept personal cheques.

For those patients who require extensive treatment, Nadia, our financial coordinator will make specific payment arrangements.

Your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. Please remember that you are responsible for your payment of your child's dental treatment.

Remember too, that no insurance company attempts to cover all dental costs...not even companies that are "full-pay" plans. It is your responsibility to pay any deductible, co-insurance, or any balance not paid by your insurance.

We generally do not accept direct payment from your insurance. In some cases, we will accept assignment for extensive treatment plans. Our office will make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this, we work with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. Please bring your insurance information with you to the consultation so that we can expedite your reimbursement.

Patients on Government Assistance Programmes (CINOT, Ontario Works, ODSP, Children’s Aid) are accepted by dentist referral only. Please ensure that you bring all necessary current documentation.
