Our pediatric dentistry specialty fees are based on the current Ontario Pediatric Dentist Specialty Fee Guide, an industry standard.
Our treatments and financial agreements are highly individualized to our patients’ families.
Every effort is being taken to keep down the cost of good dental care. Reducing billing costs will help us in our attempt to minimize increases in fees. For this reason, payment is expected at the time services are rendered, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. For your convenience, we accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, certified cheques or money order. We regret any inconvenience but we do not accept personal cheques.
If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us.
Your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. Please remember that you are responsible for your payment of your child’s dental treatment. Remember, too, that no insurance company attempts to cover all dental costs … not even companies that are “full-pay” plans. It is your responsibility to pay any deductible, co-insurance, or balance not paid by your insurance.
We generally do not accept direct payment (assignment) from your insurance. We will work with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. Please bring your insurance information with you to the consultation so that we can expedite your reimbursement.
Government Assistance Programmes
Patients on Government Assistance Programs (CINOT, Ontario Works, ODSP, Children’s Aid) are accepted by dentist referral only. Please insure that you bring all necessary current documentation.
Your child’s oral health is important to us. Our financial coordinator will assist you with any financial or payment concerns.
